All custom songs created for businesses or individuals are delivered with full ownership.

What This Means

When you purchase a custom song from Executive Sound Labs:

  • You own 100% of the final song

  • You receive all rights to both the composition and recording

  • No royalties are owed to Executive Sound Labs

  • There are no usage restrictions

 

You May

  • Use the song for commercial or personal purposes

  • Publish it anywhere, including:

    • Advertisements

    • Social media

    • Websites

    • Streaming platforms

    • TV and radio

  • Modify, remix, or edit the song

  • Monetize the song without limitation

Once full payment is complete, the song is yours. Permanently.

 

Executive Sound Labs Original Releases (Licensed Use)

Music sold on our Website as albums or standalone releases, including DJ mixes, children’s albums, and instrumental projects, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Executive Sound Labs LLC. When you purchase these products, you are granted a personal-use license only.

 

This License Allows You To

  • Listen for personal enjoyment

  • Download the music for personal use

  • Share privately with family or friends (non-commercially)

 

This License Does Not Allow You To

  • Resell or redistribute the music

  • Use the music for advertising, marketing, or business purposes

  • Upload the music to streaming platforms or content libraries

  • Claim ownership or authorship

  • Create derivative works for commercial use

Commercial or extended usage requires prior written permission from Executive Sound Labs.

 

AI-Assisted Production Disclosure

Some projects may include AI-assisted tools, including AI-generated vocals, as part of the creative and production process. These tools are used as production instruments, similar to software or synthesizers.

 

Important Notes

  • AI-assisted production does not affect ownership of custom client work

  • Upon request, human vocalists or professional singers may be used instead (additional fees may apply)

  • Final ownership rights are determined by the type of project purchased, not the tools used

 

Children’s Music

While we offer music created for children, all purchases must be completed by parents, guardians, or authorized adults. Licensing and ownership terms remain exactly as outlined above.
