Agreement to Terms

Services & Products

Executive Sound Labs provides the following services and digital products:

Custom music creation services
Custom songs for businesses and individuals
Digital audio downloads
Albums and music releases (including children’s music)
Audio branding and jingles

All products and services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated.

Digital Products & Final Sales

All digital products, including custom songs and downloadable audio files, are final sale and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued.

Custom Music Projects

For custom music projects, the following terms apply:

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information.
Revisions, timelines, and deliverables are defined per project or package.
Any revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
Final client approval constitutes full acceptance of the work.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

Client-Owned Custom Works

For custom music projects purchased by clients (including business jingles, brand songs, and personal songs):

Upon full payment, the client receives 100% ownership of the final delivered work.
Ownership includes all rights, title, and interest in both the composition and recording.
Executive Sound Labs LLC retains no ownership, publishing, or royalty interest unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients may use their custom work for personal or commercial purposes without restriction.

Executive Sound Labs may request permission to feature excerpts of client work for portfolio or promotional purposes but will not do so without client consent.

Executive Sound Labs Original Releases

All original music and audio content created by Executive Sound Labs LLC and sold as standalone products on the Website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Executive Sound Labs LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Albums and EPs
DJ mixes
Children’s music albums
Instrumentals, sound recordings, and compositions
Artwork, branding, and related materials

Purchasing these products grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

Buyers may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content
Use the content for commercial purposes without permission
Upload or share the content on third-party platforms
Claim ownership or authorship

Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Executive Sound Labs’ original releases may result in legal action and termination of access to services.

AI-Assisted Production

Executive Sound Labs may use AI-assisted tools, including AI-generated vocals, as part of the creative and production process.

AI tools are used as production instruments, similar to software or synthesizers.
Upon client request, human vocalists or professional singers may be used instead, subject to availability and additional cost.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept the use of AI-assisted production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Content

You represent and warrant that any materials you submit (including lyrics, files, references, or inspiration) are owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them. You grant Executive Sound Labs a limited license to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of completing your project.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including Stripe and PayPal. Executive Sound Labs does not store your payment information. Failure to complete payment may result in delays, cancellation, or refusal of service.

Marketing & Communications

By opting in, you agree to receive transactional and promotional emails or SMS messages from Executive Sound Labs. You may opt out at any time using the provided unsubscribe methods.

Children’s Content

While Executive Sound Labs may offer music and digital products created for children, this Website is intended for a general audience.

All purchases must be made by parents, guardians, or authorized adults.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our content unlawfully
Copy, redistribute, or resell our music without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract components of our products
Use our services in violation of applicable laws

Disclaimer of Warranties
